marvelous stay!

friendly staff complimentary port wine lovely view sealed water bottle

i found the staff friendly and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. i received a complimentary glass of port wine at the bar, a very kind gesture. my room included two windows that provided a lovely view of the city in the afternoon. a sealed glass bottle of water was also complimentary, which i really appreciated.

The breakfast service was a little slow. I hope it improves in the future.

The hotel offered a freshly cooked breakfast option each morning upon request. It included ample choices. the staff were very attentive during breakfast. it was amazing!!!

upon arrival, i was greeted with a glass of port and friendly staff. i received a detailed map of the area plus excellent recommendations for places to visit. the staff's advice on what to see and do was spot on.

The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. i especially loved the bedsheets. They were of the finest quality. the room also had complimentary toiletries, a very nice touch!!!

spacious room central location friendly staff

The room was very spacious and modern. The location felt central, a definite plus for exploring. I especially liked that the staff was friendly.

The coffee was not to my taste. It came from a machine.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hot shower was lovely. Housekeeping ensured it stayed that way . Breakfast had many options daily. It was plentiful and varied.
